Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because although I haven't had many opportunities to travel outside my home country, I have always had a strong desire to experience cultures and lifestyles different from my own.
Why did you choose your study/intern destination?
I chose my destination of Barcelona, Spain because I want to improve my Spanish-speaking abilities and because of how much I love the busy, yet peaceful city environment that Barcelona encapsulates.
What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I am most looking forward to taking Architecture and Painting in Barcelona as it will give me the chance to better understand Barcelona's rich history and origins through art. I am also looking forward to improving my Spanish in my Conversational Spanish class.
WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about?
I'm passionate about exploring the city and I love to go hiking! I am looking forward to taking advantage of Barcelona's diverse landscape - especially through hiking the mountains and walking through the streets!
