Marian Fagbemiro serves as Chief Global Operations Officer at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, overseeing strategic direction, operational leadership, and global integration of our study centers and program locations, as well as evaluating new opportunities for expansion. As the head of our Global Operations team, Marian leads our efforts to ensure seamless execution across all program locations, while fostering innovation, driving organizational efficiencies, and enhancing collaboration among stakeholders.
Marian brings more than two decades of executive experience in commercial management, strategic leadership, and business development working for some of the world's best known global brands, across industries such as Aviation, retail and hospitality, spanning international markets.
Most recently Marian has worked as an interim Director at Retail inMotion. Retail inMotion is a leading provider of technology, retail on board and duty free products & services to major airlines across the world. During her time at Retail inMotion Marian led the commercial strategy & approach to building long term partnership profitability as well as coaching & mentoring members of the commercial account management teams.
In addition to her role at CEA CAPA, Marian serves as a Non-Executive Director for St Paul's Cathedral in London, contributing to the strategic growth of its commercial enterprises. Marian holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Public Media from the University of Leeds, with foundational experience in public relations and consultancy. She is a passionate mentor and volunteer who is committed to supporting emerging professionals and purpose-driven organizations.

Marian lives in Kent in the South East of England, often referred to as “the garden of England”, due to the abundance of beautiful gardens and it's green landscape. She is a keen foodie, enjoys cooking, traveling and has an eclectic taste in music.
