Kayla McGuire
It has been years and Kayla is still just as in love with Sevilla as the day she stood across the river overlooking the city on her first day. Her yearlong experience as a student through CEA CAPA transformed my life—now, working for the Enrollment department, she comes to work each day prepared and excited to aid her students in making their experience abroad the best it can be.
Kayla grew up close to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and earned her bachelor’s degree in Languages and Cultures with a Spanish concentration from West Chester University. While in college, she got the opportunity to study at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain through CEA CAPA’s program! She was incredibly lucky to get to visit most of Spain while abroad, as well as Italy, France, Portugal, Africa, and Greece. Travel has remained a constant passion of hers—she's been back to Sevilla every year since she's left, and she hope to explore South America very soon!
Outside of work, Kayla likes to sing and listen to live music! She reads every day, and spends time with my friends and family as much as she can.

In her role, Kendra provides leadership, project management, and day-to-day oversight of Enrollment Operations for the Student Support Services team. This includes, but is not limited to, visa documentation operations, reviewing completed applications and admitting students into programs, liaising with foreign consulates to provide batch visa appointments and accurate advising, direct enroll partner registrations, and operations strategy.
Kendra is a liaison to many CEA CAPA departments (Global Operations, Institutional Relations, Business Development, Onsite Directors) regarding visa webinars, program acceptance requirements, documentation, and information requests. She is focused on strategizing operational processes across departments, creating efficiencies within the organization, and cross-departmental training pertaining to visas and program requirements. Thus, creating and implanting new processes to ensure a smooth student journey is at the forefront of her work.
Kendra grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, and earned her BA in International Relations and BA in Spanish at the University of Nebraska. During her time at UNL, Kendra studied Intercultural Management in Seville, Spain and Intercultural Communication in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After graduation, Kendra relocated to Heredia, Costa Rica, where she remained for over a year as an English teacher at a private school. During her travels, Kendra has had the opportunity to visit more than 20 countries where she has created life-long friendships across borders. These experiences have led Kendra to eagerly promote international education and the importance of cross-cultural competencies. Upon moving back to the US, Kendra joined CEA CAPA as a Student Advisor, and has since also held the title of Partner Program Manager, giving her insight into the operations of multiple teams at CEA CAPA.

Tristin Collins
Tristin's main duties include supervision of the Admissions Counselors team and internal review of all incoming applications and processes. In this role, she also has the pleasure of training new staff members, identifying any gaps in enrollment, finding new or creative solutions to challenges, and regularly working with colleagues on cross-departmental projects to get our students abroad as smoothly as possible.
Tristin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Psychology at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Go Bobcats! She did not study abroad herself, which is why she strongly believes in the importance of taking advantage of this opportunity when it comes to personal growth. Traveling is slowly becoming one of her leading passions in life because of this. Fun Fact: Her first plane ride (and vacation) was to Costa Rica in 2016 to visit two friends who were on an internship abroad program!
