WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

My favorite class was my sports nutrition class. We visited local markets, sports stores, supplement stores, and anything in between. We also had lots of tastings with bread, local olive oil, sports drinks, energy gels, etc. I absolutely loved this and it helped me reflect on my hands-on experiences which helped me learn even more.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I was able to engage with my local community by attending events hosted by my program. I was also able to ask for recommendations on local food, tapas, and events going on, and we were able to attend a lot of them in our downtime. I was also able to attend local events with my respected classes during class time, which we were able to reflect on our experience as part of our grade. I really loved being able to interact with the locals as they were very inviting and king towards our students!
