WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

My favorite class while abroad was my painting class. This class had a wonderful cohort of students that I became really close with. We painted outside in the French landscape and it was such a unique experience. This class really helped me grow as an artist as it was very challenging but oh so rewarding with the skills and experiences I gained.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I engaged with the local community by speaking their local language to my best ability! I also became friends with many local restaurant and shop staff! In addition I had lovely conversations with locals while waiting in shop lines, at markets, or even just sitting outside in the city!
