Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad to gain insight into different cultures around the world. Specifically, Sydney appealed to me because of its surfing culture and great coffee. I knew studying abroad would push me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible and allow me to see a country I never thought I would be able to see.

What IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
A new experience I'm hoping to have abroad is trying all the cafes Sydney has to offer. Along with, of course, trying a Vegemite sandwich.

WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU'RE PASSIONATE AND EXCITED ABOUT?
I'm passionate about playing sports and staying active. I especially like it because it builds community, and it can make living in a new city easier by helping you meet new people. Sydney has a very active culture when it comes to running so I am looking forward to getting involved in that.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
The class I'm really looking forward to is Business Communication through UNSW. I have never taken a class this specific on the business side of communication, so I'm excited to see what the assignments and lectures will be like. Especially as a first-semester freshman, I'm excited to see how big the classes will be.
