WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
While abroad, my favorite class was international business. This class was so engaging and allowed me to learn so much about the importance of running a business internationally through a simulation our professor conducted. He had so much business experience, making me more engaged because I knew his advice was credible from his experience. Not only was the simulation a great learning experience, but we got an opportunity to go to his ice cream shop and see how and why he does the things he does to succeed in that business. I got the opportunity to connect with him one on one through a coffee chat to discuss my future goals and passion in international business.

HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
Engaging with the local community was indeed one of my favorite parts about going abroad in Sevilla. Since it was my first time in a different country without my family, I wanted to feel more at home in way, so I went on a hunt for a brunch place near the CEA CAPA study center. I was fortunate that Sevilla had these coffee shops. I kept going there several times a week, and from always seeing the staff there, I connect with them really well. They knew my order, name, and were always interested in how I was enjoying their beautiful country. It was more than a coffee shop to me. These locals made me feel welcomed and created a beautiful memory of my time abroad.
