WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
I took two classes with CEA CAPA about the Czech Republic - Democracy of the Czech Republic and Ethnicity and Diversity in the Czech Republic. I really enjoyed both and they tied together a lot and because of that I really feel like I got to know the city and the country. It was such a cool experience to be shown the city and country by people who'd grown up there and/or lived there a long time. Learning about the history of a new country while living there is a beautiful and interesting experience that I think everyone should have at least once.

HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I explored the district of the city I was living in and tried many different restaurants both in that district and closer to the city center. I made a friend at the local university who'd been living in the city for three years, and she showed me around her favorite restaurants and city parks. I got to see the tourist destinations and explore more residential areas as well.
