WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
Send an Email
My favorite class abroad was Business Consulting. In this class we worked closely with a start up company that was going to the market soon with their product. Our job was to conduct research about Spain's laws and their primary target market. This experience gave me real life on how a business operates and in my research I learned a lot about the culture in Spain.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
While I was abroad I connected with the local community in many ways. When I was at a restaurant or cafe I would talk to other customers and waiters. In class we had many field trips that involve engaging with the local community from going to the local market and speaking to other students that were learning how to speak english.
