As someone who called five countries home before age 18, Jess knows that meaningful growth happens when you're curious, slightly uncomfortable, and surrounded by people who see the world differently. This shapes how she approaches partnerships at CEA CAPA. She understands that behind every institutional relationship is a team of people trusting another organization with their students' transformative experiences. Having experienced international education from many angles as a Third Culture Kid, student abroad, program director, and now partner, she knows exactly what matters when institutions take that leap of faith.
At CEA CAPA, she's found a team that builds partnerships on genuine care for outcomes rather than transactions — the same approach that's guided her throughout her higher education career.
When she’s not focused on building institutional partnerships, Jess spends her time in Northampton, MA, with her husband, an aging cat, and a leopard gecko, learning about the world through the eyes of her children, Afton and Charlie.
