My favorite class was Global Business Consulting. We worked directly with a local business to help solve real‑world challenges, acting as junior consultants. The experience taught me how to collaborate in diverse teams, create professional reports and presentations, and ask meaningful questions to understand a company’s needs. It was hands‑on, practical, and gave me valuable insight into international business.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I engaged with the local community by visiting small, locally-owned restaurants and shops instead of tourist areas. I made an effort to stay local, interact with residents, and learn about their daily life and culture. This helped me feel more connected to the city and experience Barcelona from a local perspective.
