HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
While in Barcelona I attended many of the activities that were partnered with local students. I met some Spanish students around my age while at the bowling alley with CEA and it was so much fun that a lot of us went out after for tapas. I saw them again at the other activities and they became real friends! We exchanged socials and i still keep up with them online.

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
My favorite class while abroad was probably intercultural interactions not only because it was interesting but also because it was so personable. I was one of maybe 9 students in this class at 9 am so we all got to know each other really well and it allowed us to be able to really dive into the topics and discussions. Because there were less of us we would often dive deeper into topics in class through conversations including the whole class and even if we sometimes got off track our teacher still taught us a lot about Barcelona and Spanish culture through our runoffs and found ways to bring it back to psychology. It really helped us get real world examples of what we were learning in class.
