WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

My favorite class abroad was Beginner Japanese. I had been studying Japanese on my own for a while without any teacher or classmates to work with so this was a very nice new experience. I got to practice a lot of speaking, reading, writing, and listening instead of just learning vocab words and immersion input.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I would try to hangout with the Japanese students as much as possible They were very inviting towards me and I would eat with them a lot and play games with them at school. We would also go to other cities outside of Tokyo and hangout.
