WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

My favorite was for sure my Catalan Art and Architecture class. It started off with the architecture and history of the area, and I believe it set such a baseline of appreciation for experiencing the city. It was like having a tour guide show you the intricacies of the city and provide context and history to so many cool aspects of the city.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I went to a local gym, and along with working and meeting locals, I ended up becoming close friends with some Catalan people and other Spaniards. They took me around to different places in Catalunya. I also went to mass, both international and Spanish, at a local church closer to the suburbs, as well as at the Sagrada Familia.
