WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
Send an Email
My favorite class abroad was my Spanish class because I learned a little bit more about how Spain's Spanish is different from the Spanish spoken in other Spanish-speaking countries. I liked this class because I could actually use what I learned when I went out to eat, walked in a store, or passed by someone on the street. I would highly recommend trying to learn the local language!
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I engaged with the local community by participating in a soccer league. This was a great experience for me to connect with others and also play the sport that I love. I also went to local coffee shops and cute cafes to try and get used to the culture there.
