Travel to Athens, Greece; Rome, Italy; Amalfi Coast, Italy; Florence, Italy; and Aix-en-Provence, France! This traveling seminar allows you to explore a variety of Mediterranean sites and eras, from Antiquity to the Middle Ages. Visit iconic sites like Pompeii and Olympia, led by local guides and experts in the fields of history, art history, and archaeology.
Travel to Aix-en-Provence, France; Bordeaux, France; and Barcelona, Spain! As you visit local vineyards to gain a greater understanding of the business of wine, we’ll emphasize the branding, production, marketing, and selling of wine. You’ll explore various cultural sites in France and Spain and attend special lectures on winemaking and food pairing, led by master chefs and sommeliers.

Internships are available in fields such art, art history, business, communication, education, journalism, history, museum studies, sustainability, tourism, and more. Travel to Marrakesh, Morocco; Rabat, Morocco; Tangier, Morocco; Aix-en-Provence, France; Brussels, Belgium; and Frankfurt, Germany! Investigate the economic systems of select countries in Europe and Northern Africa. Interact with public officials who oversee economic policy to solidify understanding in fundamental business concepts. This traveling seminar allows you to visit major multi-national organizations as well as locally-run businesses to build a well-rounded understanding of the global market. Course content will be delivered through multiple site visits, guest lectures, and in-class meetings. Travel to Marseille, France; Aix-en-Provence, France; Nice, France; and Barcelona, Spain! Explore the Mediterranean Basin; the largest example of the Mediterranean biome. This area boasts 25 thousand plant species, about 15% of all known plant species on earth, and serves as the perfect ecology classroom. In this program you’ll examine the biodiversity of the Mediterranean Basin as well as the human-derived impacts on the region. Course content will be delivered through multiple site visits, guest lectures, and in-class meetings.
