Tim Ramsay serves as Director of Partner Services at CEA CAPA Education Abroad, where he leads a high-performing sales-through-service team supporting the organization’s strategic institutional partners. In this role, he oversees Partner Success Managers and Custom Program Managers and works closely with colleagues across Institutional Relations, Enrollment, Academics, Health and Safety, Marketing, and Finance to ensure strong partnerships, high-quality programs, and positive student and partner outcomes. 

Tim brings more than a decade of experience in international education. Prior to joining CEA CAPA, he served as Director of Study Abroad and Student Activities at Aquinas College, where he specialized in program development, assessment, and institutional partnership management. Throughout his career, he has led faculty and staff trainings on risk management, student development, and best practices in education abroad. 

Tim holds a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Aquinas College. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America and is deeply committed to service-based learning, having led numerous mission and service trips across the Caribbean and Latin America.
