Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I strongly believe that studying abroad will further fulfill and compel my desire to explore. I embrace the opportunity to see and experience other cultures in conjunction with my study of contemporary issues. Prague, specifically, has such a rich history steeped in culture, politics, and diversity.

What IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
I look forward to meeting new people from different walks of life and learning in an unfamiliar environment while observing and acquiring new perspectives. The opportunity to immerse myself in a society that so differs from that I currently live in is beyond exciting.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
As a political science major, I am interested in comparative politics classes. In today’s climate, to immerse myself in the turbulent political history of Prague in comparison to that of the United States would be a fascinating journey. I believe that learning about the US presidency through another lens in another country will provide vital information and perspective to me.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
Both playing and enjoying different types of music has been a love of mine as a music minor and someone who has been playing viola solo, in orchestras, and ensembles for nearly nine years. Whether it be street music, classical concert halls, or more freeing music festivals, I think that enjoying, experiencing, and exploring it all is something that I am passionate about.
