Rosa Marshall is a University of Massachusetts Amherst Honors Student majoring in Political Science as well as developing her own major in International Business and Policy. She attended CEA CAPA during her freshman year in the fall semester of 2024 in London, England, as a part of UMass’s Global Launch Program.
