HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?

I really tried my best to fit in with the locals in order to minimize the work they had to do when interacting with me. I spoke in Spanish to everyone, as I would not expect someone to try and use another language to accommodate a foreigner. In general I just kept an open mind to the culture and everything I was experiencing and observe and take note.

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

I honestly cannot decide which of my classes was my favorite, I took a sport psychology class with a professor who is a big name in the sport psychology area of Spain and in my other class I learned more about the culture, the authentic culture of Spain as a whole but most importantly in Sevilla where I was living through the food culture. I loved them both so much because I learned information pertinent to my current and future career in my psychology class. In my other class I was able to understand more of how to act like a local in how to order food and the food culture in general so I can try and be a better traveler and have a better true experience.
