HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I shopped at the local fruteria and other local stores in my neighborhood. I also tried to have conversations with anyone I could in Spanish as often as I could.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
My favorite class was my Madrid Museums class. We visited the Prado twice and la Reina Sofia. He also gave us recommendations on other museums we could see for free. The class was just so interesting and full of important info so when my family came I was able to tour them around museums with my knowledge.
