My favorite class was probably my tango class. We did several out-of-class activities throughout the semester and several of my friends were in the class so we always just had the best time.

I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer at Fraga Cultural, where the coordinator Maria Laura was an angel and we worked together on some projects like hosting coffee chats for Spanish speakers wanting to learn English and I helped out at a few events she hosted at the center. My roommate was also Jewish so we went to some shabbat dinners with local families which were some of the best meals I had. There was also a local milonga hosted in the plaza near the school that we went to with our tango class, which is basically just a community dance. We have these where I'm from in Texas and so I felt right at home and the locals were very welcoming.
