WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?

My favorite class was the Korean Beginner Language I class. During the class period we had two professors that switched halfway through the lecture. One would focus on vocab and content and the other on grammar. Both of them were always very encouraging and always willing to help and guide you in the class. It felt easy to just talk to all my classmates and felt like a nice social circle.
HOW
DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I would go out on my own to places I wanted to visit and also try new local food spots. People around me were always really friendly, people would approach me and we would communicate and get to know each other. I would also try going to cultural locations and I would have friends who would explain the importance of the locations or just show me their favorite places to go hang out.
