Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because it has been a dream of mine since I first learned it was possible. People in my life have spoken on the impact of international study and their encouragement inspired me to go for it. The French Riviera immediately stood out to me and sparked many daydreams. I studied French in school, so the chance to be immersed in the language, cuisine, and culture excites me beyond words.

What IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
I am hoping to experience peaceful moments in the town I will be living in. Having to form a whole new routine in a country I have never been to before is intimidating, but I can't wait to experience everyday life there.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
I am greatly looking forward to a course called Immigration, Race & Ethnicity in Contemporary France because I think it will be interesting to learn about, "how identity is formed, challenged & defended in an ever more globalized world."

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
I am excited to make so many new friends! From forming a new routine by going to cafes, exploring nature, having roommates, attending classes, and going on other little adventures, there will be so many people to meet and friends to make.
