Why did you choose to study or intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because it has been a lifelong dream of mine to fulfill. As someone who has only lived in the United States, I'm excited to experience what living in another country (and another continent!) would be like, and experience something out of my comfort zone. I chose Madrid because the specific program that I picked aligned the most with the classes I needed to fulfill, and because it is in a location that I feel should be easy to travel around in. That way, I can visit as many new countries as I can!

What IS ONE NEW EXPERIENCE YOU'RE HOPING TO HAVE WHILE ABROAD?
One experience I would like to have is visiting as many cafes and visiting as many museums as I possibly can. I want to learn as much as I can about the country that is going to be my home for the next few months.

What CLASS ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO TAKING while ABROAD?
History of Cinema sounds pretty intriguing to me. As much as I like my STEM classes, it will be nice to learn about something different alongside my usual classes.

WHAT IS SOMETHING you're passionate and excited about? 
The main thing I hope to take away from my study abroad experience is a lot of traveling! I love experiencing new cultures, new food, and experiencing activities I could never experience at home. As a pre-med student whose ultimate goal is to become a doctor, there is a lot of schooling ahead of me. While I am doing that, I also want to live, and I feel one of the best ways to do that is to see the world!
