Give back to your host community in an experience that combines meaningful service learning placement with academic reflection in a structured environment. This summer program allows you to explore conflict, reconciliation, peace-building efforts, and human rights, all while gaining experience through hands-on service learning. Designed for students interested in contemporary issues facing South Africa—such as conflict and human rights—and serving the community, you’ll see firsthand the effects of and response to the challenges affecting local communities.
