Now, with our Catalyst Grants for 2025–2026, we’re taking it up a notch. 

• We’re investing over $50,000 in 10 incredible partner institutions (that could be you!) to help teams hit pause, reflect, and grow - without adding more to your already overflowing to-do list.  

• Each grant is valued at $5,000 and includes a 1.5-day on-campus experience led by two of our expert consultants (a.k.a. team whisperers).  

• Together, we'll dig into topics like effective teamwork, psychological safety, data-informed decision-making, and mapping the student journey.  

Think of it as a strategic retreat, minus the awkward trust falls.  

These sessions are high-impact, low-stress, and - dare we say - fun too! You’ll walk away with tangible tools, clearer goals, stronger communication, and maybe even a renewed love for that never-ending inbox.  

Past partners have called our workshops “transformative,” “genuine,” and “a breath of fresh air.” (One even said we felt like part of their team. We may or may not have cried a little.) 

Applications are open now! Priority deadline is November 3, 2025, with final submissions due November 17. Projects will run from January through September 2026.
