DESCRIPTION
The Urban Studies course focuses on the study of cities considering different perspectives. Diverse approaches are used to provide a thorough understanding of urban evolution. Researching and analysing a wide range of data coming from social networks, institutions and companies encourage students to explore cities. Furthermore, the course offers guidelines and tools in order to understand the elements of the city; its representation on maps and stimulate critical thinking concerning a city?s current reality.
