DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this course is to examine the principles, techniques, and uses of accounting in the planning, control and decision making of business organizations from a management perspective.

The concepts and skills you will learn in this class will allow you among others to:

- Issue criteria based on financial statement analysis under a managerial scope
- Learn the business terminolgy used to communicate results to high-level executives
- Estimate and allocate resources based data used for daily operations
