DESCRIPTION

The course explores how cooperation emerges, why it breaks down, and how it can be rebuilt in contexts of cultural diversity, organizational complexity, crisis, and conflict, with a particular emphasis on intercultural communication and transformational change. It moves consciously between disciplines and perspectives to understand how seemingly distant phenomena are deeply interconnected, especially in polarized environments. The subject invites to think across boundaries, observe resistances between extremes, and examine how cooperation can reconnect divided actors, creating conditions for a shared vision. The ECOOPx research and model serve as a central framework for analyzing readiness for cooperation, resistances, and the gap between them in processes of transformational change.
