DESCRIPTION
This course will present the basics of ecology including topics of evolutionary and behavioral ecology, population ecology, community ecology and ecosystems ecology. A particular focus will emphazise conservation issues thanks to an interactive visit of a natural reserve. Climate change consequences on ecosystems will be discussed in regards to previous lectures. Theoretical lectures will be illustrated by computer-based and field trip labs.
