DESCRIPTION
This module will help extending theory and research into the field to apply sport psychology into practice. A primary goal will be to teach the students to facilitate optimal involvement, performance, and enjoyment in sport and exercise.
It will enable the student to study and apply psychological principles of human performance in helping athletes consistently perform in the upper range of their capabilities and more thoroughly enjoy the sport performance process.
