DESCRIPTION
This course will study the Spanish of the Americas, focusing on pronunciation, morphology, and lexicon, with emphasis on the linguistic relationship between Andalusia and America, as well as the indigenous traits. Special attention will also be paid to the intermingling and influences of Spanish and English in the United States, with exercises using journalistic texts and material from the internet.
