In celebration of International Education Week, CEA Study Abroad is excited to invite you to our very first virtual open house. Although we can’t host you in person on a site visit, fam trip, or meet in-person at one of the annual fall conferences, we can still connect virtually! The CEA Study Abroad virtual open house will feature staff from our Study Centers, and our Custom Programs, Internships Abroad, and Student Affairs teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to speak with our Study Center Directors, whether to get acquainted, catch up, or discuss specific program ideas.

Anna Felberbaum
Senior Director of Regional Programs
As Center Director for Rome, Anna Felberbaum is responsible for office administration and the day-to-day management including staffing, student services, host institution relations, local vendor relations, and student evaluations. Anna advises students on issues related to academics, cross-cultural information and health and safety.

Enric Figueras
Vice President of Regional Programs
As Vice President, Spain, Mr. Figueras establishes a country strategy to ensure consistency among all sites, and to lead and support all program development initiatives geared toward enhancing quality. Mr. Figueras also monitors the academic standards of our programs and ensures that CEA policies are in place to serve the CEA community and deliver study abroad programs of quality and rigor.

Victor Gonzalez
Center Director
A native of Havana, Cuba, Victor holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and History from Skidmore College, where he graduated Cum Laude and was elected to the prestigious national honor society Phi Beta Kappa. Victor is currently completing his MBA at Escuela de Administracion de Empresas (EAE).

Elizabeth Kather
Director of Health, Safety & Student Affairs
Spending a year abroad in Australia changed forever how this introverted, first generation student saw herself and understood what she could succeed when given an opportunity. After attending college and graduate school in the Southwest, and living in several states, it is the dry climate of Phoenix that reminds her most of Australia. With 15 years of student affairs/residential life experience gained at small, mid-size, and large universities along the way, Elizabeth is dedicated to impacting the student experience "outside the classroom". Helping students and their families navigate challenges, succeed in new environments, and understand their responsibility as global citizens is her motivation.

Alexandra Mitchell
Senior Director of Regional Programs
As the Senior Director of Regional Programs and Director for the CEA Paris Center, Alexandra is responsible for overall programming and operations for CEA sites in France, maintaining CEA standards across all educational programs. There's a lot to keep her busy on-site, including long and short-term Program Development, managing Finance and Human Resources, overseeing Student Affairs and Academic Affairs, and working with students in and out of the classroom.

Emily Schiavone
Center Director
With CEA since 2008, Emily Schiavone is responsible for the management and development of the Florence Study Center and all study abroad programs that it hosts. Since 2014, Emily has provided leadership and direct oversight to the Student Services team, and works closely with the Academic Director on academic matters regarding the Florence Center and partner institutions.

Center Director
As Center Director, Rick oversees all CEA Prague operations and manages the CEA team in Prague. Rick leads the development of CEA Prague programs, which includes setting strategy and standards, managing change, and facilitating communication across the organization.

Aaron Yerkes
Vice President of Partnership Development
Aaron is a graduate of Butler University and holds a BS degree in Finance. During his undergraduate experience, Aaron studied abroad in London, England at Birkbeck, University of London. His time abroad was so transformative for him that he wanted to devote his professional career to promoting life changing, international experiences to other students.
