Aix-en-Provence, France

Colette Bailey

Colette Bailey (she/her) is originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico and is double majoring in sociology and French at Colorado State University. She loves to travel, spend time with friends, workout, and read. She will be sharing her study abroad experience in Aix-en-Provence as a Photographer for CEA CAPA. She chose to study abroad because she wants to immerse herself in the French language and culture while making new friends, exploring the city, and eating lots of good food!

Eleanor Lauderdale

Eleanor Lauderdale (she/her) is a comparative languages & linguistics and religion double major at Earlham College, and will be blogging about sustainability for CEA CAPA while studying in Aix-en-Provence this fall. She is looking forward to perfecting her French, learning new skills, and experiencing Mediterranean culture. Samantha Plumb

Samantha Plumb is a psychology major with education and French minors at Stetson University in Florida. This semester she will be using her Photographer role at CEA CAPA to show how she will immerse herself in not only the French language but also the culture in Aix-en-Provence.

Daniel Shafer

Daniel Shafer is currently studying biochemistry at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He enjoys pursuing an active lifestyle centered around running, calisthenics, and lifting weights. He is studying abroad in Alicante, Spain, and is most excited to learn the Spanish language and be immersed in an entirely different culture!

Madi Rhoades

Madi is a public health pre-physician assistant major, with a minor in professional Spanish, at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. She comes from a small town and is determined to become bilingual during her time abroad in Alicante. She anticipates spending as little time as possible indoors and wants to experience every new opportunity possible.

Brie Colangelo

Brie Colangelo is a junior at Ohio Wesleyan majoring in business and minoring in entrepreneurship. Brie is a student-athlete who is serving as a Videographer for CEA CAPA during her time in Amsterdam. She is excited about learning about the circular economy in the Netherlands and immersing herself through an intern experience and connections in the classroom!

Tobey Taht 

Tobey Taht (she/her) is a psychology major with a minor in holistic health at Stockton University in New Jersey. She will be a Videographer for CEA CAPA this fall while studying abroad in Amsterdam! She is beyond excited to explore Dutch culture and learn everything she can about the beautiful city and the people in it. She hopes to make the absolute most out of her time abroad by exploring other countries, eating as much new food as possible, and creating connections with students in her program as well as people from all over the world.

Hannah Rench is a senior at Point Loma Nazarene University, and is finishing her last term studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain. Hannah is excited to study abroad to experience and immerse herself in a new place and to travel around Europe!

Lavinia Caravella (she/her) is a junior pursuing a dual degree in marketing and hospitality and tourism management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is studying and interning abroad in Barcelona and will be blogging for CEA CAPA this fall. She is looking forward to exploring all of Spain and experiencing Barcelona's unique charm. She can't wait to share all her adventures and immerse herself fully in new experiences.

Tatum Lazarus is a junior at Tulane University and will be spending a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where she will be a Photographer for CEA CAPA. Tatum is majoring in marketing and management with a minor in psychology, and loves to be active and explore new places. She is studying abroad to immerse herself in different cultures and meet new people.

Victoria Banker

Victoria Banker (she/her) is a senior at the University at Albany with dreams of becoming an oncologist. She is a human biology major with a psychology minor and is deeply in love with the arts. Wherever theatre, music, photography, or art is present, so is she! She is looking forward to all of the stunning architecture Barcelona has to offer and its incredible history. Being a Videographer through CEA CAPA’s Content Creator program only adds to the immense excitement of her journey. She cannot wait to show the world Barcelona through her eyes.

Hannah Higgins

Hannah Higgins is a first-generation student at Chapman University, where she is studying marketing, business, and advertising! This fall, she'll be the first in her family to ever travel out of the US. She will be studying at Corvinus University in Budapest, and she is so excited to explore Europe, meet new people, eat good vegetarian food, and thrift!

Kayla Boon

Kayla is a rising junior at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo studying environmental management and protection. She is from Marin County originally, grew up around nature, and loves to explore outdoors! Her interests include fashion, the environment, travel, dance, and more! She chose to study abroad to gain perspective and experience living abroad, as a possible permanent choice in the future. She is super excited to depart and excited for her role as Sustainability Content Creator!

Maddie Evans 

Maddie Evans (she/her) is originally from outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is majoring in communications and minoring in ethics and social entrepreneurship at Rollins College. She will also be a Blogger for CEA CAPA while studying abroad in Florence, Italy! She is extremely excited to adapt to and experience a new culture. Outside of class, Maddie is looking forward to traveling outside of Florence, trying new foods, and meeting new people.

Riley Koeltl is a junior at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo majoring in event planning and tourism. Riley loves exploring new places, meeting new people, and being outdoors. She will be studying in Florence in the fall and will be a CEA CAPA Photographer. Riley is eager to share her experiences through photography and fully immerse herself in Italian culture. Sarah Cahill

Sarah is a junior at the University of Delaware and is from New York. She has always loved traveling and is very excited to travel while she is abroad. She is spending a semester in Florence and will be a Blogger for CEA CAPA. She is excited to share stories of her time in Florence and can’t wait for people to read her work. During her experience, she can’t wait to see new cultures, meet new people, and travel to new cities!

Skylar Branso

Skylar Branson is a student at Cal Poly SLO, studying communications. She will also be a Photographer for CEA CAPA this fall in Florence. She is excited to study abroad and immerse herself in another culture while continuing her education. She has never travelled abroad before, so she is excited to explore Europe, eat good food, and make memories! She can't wait to meet new people from all over and make new friends.

Beverly Rosales

Beverly Rosales is a junior majoring in biology at Point Loma Nazarene University, who will be studying abroad on the French Riviera. Beverly will be a Photographer for CEA CAPA this fall. She is excited to study abroad on the French Riviera and get immersed in the culture! She is very interested in learning the language and traveling around Europe to experience cultural diversity. Beverly is hoping that this experience will get her out of her comfort zone and allow her to grow, and she is excited to meet new people and create new memories.

Libby Greenbaum is a junior studying global business with a concentration in marketing at Cedarville University in Ohio. She is studying abroad this fall in the French Rivera at SKEMA Business School. Libby is incredibly excited to learn about French and European cultures and how they differ from US culture as she travels around.

Sarah Spires

Sarah Spires (she/her) is a communications major with minors in entrepreneurship and creative writing at Wake Forest University. Originally from Massachusetts, she loves spending time outdoors taking long walks on the beach, swimming in the ocean, or playing tennis and golf. A rising junior, she will be studying abroad in the French Riviera this fall, where she will also serve as a Photographer for CEA CAPA. Sarah is eager to immerse herself in new cultures, meet people from around the world, and explore different countries throughout her time abroad. While abroad, she will be studying communications and entrepreneurship at the renowned SKEMA Business School.

Autumn Meyer

Autumn Meyer is a rising junior and a criminal justice and Spanis h teaching major at the University of Southern Indiana. She loves to meet new people and hear about their experiences! Autumn will be studying abroad in Granada, Spain for the upcoming fall semester, where she will be a Photographer for CEA CAPA. She is studying abroad to experience a new culture, improve her Spanish skills, and have an unforgettable time while doing it!

Celina Harris is a junior at Virginia Commonwealth University. She’s majoring in media production and minoring in Spanish. Celina is looking forward to assimilating into Spanish culture and becoming fluent in the language.

Isabel Angel

Isabel Angel is an English and history major, planning to obtain her Master of Science in elementary education at Fordham University in the Bronx, New York City. She is from Baltimore, Maryland, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, writing, reading, and getting exercise outdoors. While studying abroad in Granada, she hopes to improve her language skills, try new foods, and connect her studies to the locations she visits.

Abby-Grace is an international studies and political science major at the University of New Mexico. She will be studying abroad in Grenoble, France, at Sciences Po Grenoble. She is looking forward to documenting her experience through blogs and is excited to push her limits creatively and academically.

Alec Miner

Alec Miner is a Biochemistry and economics double major at Lafayette College, and will be a Photographer for CEA CAPA this fall while studying abroad in Grenoble. He is extremely excited to explore all that the study abroad experience has to offer and immerse himself in different cultures and unique experiences. He hopes to meet many new people, explore the Alps and European cities, and also write a book about his time abroad and the indelible mark left on him by the people he meets.

Divisha Khanna

Divisha Khanna is a political science major and an international relations minor at Seattle University. She chose to study abroad because she wanted to step outside her comfort zone and explore a new place. She chose London specifically because she thinks it has a fascinating culture, which she wanted to learn more about.

Emily is a senior at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in marketing. She chose to study abroad in London as it is a huge multicultural city and somewhere she has never been before. Emily is looking forward to learning as much as she can about English history, specifically the Tudors!

Morgen Juncewski (they/them) is a junior pursuing a theatre arts major with an emphasis in costume design at Rollins College. They will be sharing their study abroad experience in London, as a Photographer through the CEA CAPA Sustainability Content Creator role. While abroad, Morgen is looking forward to trying new food, meeting people, and exploring the city.

Skylar Strudwick

Skylar Strudwick is a senior at the University of Minnesota studying sociology of law and psychology while studying and interning abroad in London. She will continue her passion for writing through her position as a Blogger for CEA CAPA. She is ecstatic to explore the literary, human rights, and legal landscapes of London. Skylar enjoys writing, reading, lyrical jazz, dawn, pops of red, and pilates.

Carli Collins is a fourth-year business and Spanish student at Chapman University in Orange, California. Originally from Hawaii, she has a huge love for diverse cultures and stories. She is so excited to spend more time in a city she loves.

Josie Servaes is a computer science major at University of Massachusetts Amherst and will be a Videographer for CEA CAPA during her time abroad in Madrid. She is studying abroad to experience new cultures, food, and clothes! Josie hopes to meet a lot of new people and try new things she isn't expecting.

Larena Tannert is a third-year journalism major with a concentration in public relations at Cal Poly SLO. She's studying abroad in Madrid and plans to explore as many countries as possible throughout Europe during her time there. Larena is thrilled to discover new cities, connect with people from all over, and fully embrace her study abroad experience by saying yes to every opportunity that comes her way.

Jennifer Cabrera

Jennifer is a senior at Marist University studying this fall in Florence, Italy, for her degree in global marketing communications and graphic design. She chose to study and intern in Paris because of her passion for travel, art, and fashion, as well as the opportunity to experience the rich cultural history the city has to offer. She can't wait to share her love of content creation as a Videographer for CEA CAPA this semester as she explores every inch of the city!

Olivia Ericson

Olivia Ericson is originally from Tallahassee, Florida, and is a student at the University of Mississippi, studying business and political science. She is in her junior year, and is involved in Greek life, two honors societies, and when on campus, works part-time as a supplemental instruction leader for biology. Olivia chose to study abroad because she knew she would want the transformative experience of being immersed in a completely different culture. She chose Paris specifically because her brother moved there six years ago with his wife, and they had a baby, and she knew she wanted to be somewhere with family close by and couldn't pass up the opportunity!

Silviana Santos is a fifth-year architecture student at Louisiana State University, originally from Puerto Rico. She has a passion for music, concerts, movies, and photography. Excited for the experiences that studying abroad in Paris will bring, she is ready to embrace this new adventure!

Grace Reckner is a junior hospitality major at the University of Delaware. She chose to study in Prague due to its amazing culture and rich background in food and beverage! She hopes to learn more about the ecotourism practices of the Czech Republic and how she can incorporate eco-friendly practices in the hospitality industry!

Natalie Hungeling (she/her) is double majoring in psychology and communication at the University of San Diego. She will be documenting her time and experiences while studying abroad in Prague this fall as a CEA CAPA Photographer. She looks forward to visiting as many countries as she can throughout the semester while exploring everything Prague has to offer. She is especially excited to eat good food and immerse herself in an entirely new culture!

Sara Corbin (she/her) is a junior at Dickinson College majoring in political science and double minoring in music and women, gender, and sexuality studies (WGSS). She is more than excited to share her journey and experiences as she studies in Prague this fall semester as a CEA CAPA Blogger. Iridiana Arizmendi

Iridiana (or Iri, pronounced "eriee") is a junior attending Bentley University, who majors in finance and technology with a minor in experience design. She will be a CEA CAPA Videographer during her time in Rome this fall. Iri is studying abroad because it has always been a dream of hers and she is eager to unlock a new part of the world (it will be her first time outside of the US!). In her free time, she enjoys walking/running, arts & crafts, volunteering, collecting magnets, and taking pictures/mini vlogs. She is looking forward to meeting new friends, trying out new plates because she loves food, visiting sites around Rome, learning the transportation system there, and so much more!

Mira Ganz is a senior at Michigan State University majoring in environmental studies and sustainability with a minor in public relations. She will be studying abroad in Rome this fall and will be a Videographer for CEA CAPA. Mira has always wanted to study abroad and is very excited to have the opportunity this fall. She is looking forward to traveling all across Italy and Europe as she has never been before. She cannot wait to meet new people, try new food, and explore the city!

Noe Murillo

Noe Murillo (he/him) is a communications major at Saint John’s University who will be studying abroad in Rome with CEA CAPA this fall. He will also be a Videographer for the Content Creator program. Noe is excited to immerse himself in Italian culture, explore the country’s rich history, and connect his studies to real-world experiences abroad. Outside of class, he looks forward to capturing his journey through film, visiting iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and the canals of Venice, and enjoying authentic Italian food. Noe also hopes to travel throughout Italy and beyond to further expand his creative perspective and storytelling skills.

Sophie Peck

Sophie Peck is a health sciences major with a minor in psychology in the Nutrition and Dietetics program at Thomas Jefferson University. She will be photographing her experiences studying abroad with CEA CAPA in San José, Costa Rica! She is excited to learn more about the Pura Vida lifestyle and immerse herself in an entirely new culture. Outside of her studies, Sophie enjoys staying active, trying new recipes, spending quality time with friends, and occasionally binging reality TV.

Samantha Orradre

Samantha Orradre is a third-year student studying economics and minoring in law and society at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is excited to serve as a Blogger for CEA CAPA during her semester abroad in Seville, where she will share all the food, people, music, and art she encounters! Beyond improving her Spanish skills, Sam chose to study abroad because her family has roots in Spain, primarily the Basque region; she is hoping to make a trip north to explore all that Spain has to offer and see her roots firsthand. If she isn't in class or hanging out with friends, you can spot Sam running, reading, or rock climbing (sadly her shoes and harness didn't cross the Atlantic).

Originally from Southern California, Sammy currently attends the University of Miami in Florida, majoring in international relations and economics. She is passionate about travel and immersing herself in new cultures, approaching each destination as an explorer rather than just a tourist. While studying abroad in Spain, she will combine her academic background with her love for capturing day-to-day life through videography.

Cailene Ito is a junior at the University of San Diego. Cailene is spending a semester at the University of Sydney in NSW, Australia, and will be a Videographer for CEA CAPA. She looks forward to experiencing all that the study abroad experience entails.

Erin Wong is a social entrepreneurship major at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. This fall, she will be a Photographer for CEA CAPA in Sydney, Australia, where she will be studying and interning. Outside of her academic and professional experiences, she is looking forward to exploring Sydney's local markets, beautiful beaches, and other aspects of its culture.

Karly is a third-year student at the University of San Diego who is studying visual arts and philosophy. She chose to study in Sydney, Australia, because of its proximity to the beach and its outdoors-centered lifestyle. She is excited to explore the city and capture it through her lens as a Sustainability Content Creator Photographer.

Lindsay is a creative, outgoing student from Northwestern University. She is pursuing a double major in communications and international studies, an entrepreneurship minor, and a comedy module.
