VR Musashi designs and sells custom computer-generated virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) products to companies, the government, and organizations for a variety of uses.
"My internship has given me knowledge and experience in the field of business. I am very glad to be seeing how a small start-up company functions because it is something that I one day hope to do (own my own company)," Connor says.
Connor researches potential clients and finds companies interested in VR/AR services. Because it's a new and emerging technology, it can be challenging to sell. He also acts as a bridge between VR Musashi and other English language-based companies, editing English translations of important documents and presentations.
"I have never been in a position where speaking English has been of the utmost importance," he says. "I like that I am able to make an immediate and important impact on the company, while also not being in over my head."
