An Angelato A Day

You may not know this... but I love gelato. Everything about gelato, not to mention it's better for you than ice cream. Well, Europe has the most amazing gelato, specifically in Prague. I live in Prague 5 on a street called Ujezd, and just down the street from my apartment is the glorious Angelato. I first fell in love with Angelato the second day of the program. After a hot day, I stopped in and tried their hazelnut flavor; it was incredible. There slogan holds true, it's more than ice cream.

Day after day, I stopped by Angelato. Sometimes even four times per week; can you say addict? When I tried to slow it down, it just never really worked out. It's so addicting and super cheap. The employees are also super friendly and have even started to recognize my face. The last time I walked out of there one of the employees said to me, "see you tomorrow!" Yes, he was right, I went back the next day.

Whenever I walk into Angelato I feel welcomed. The environment has great vibes and I even do my homework there sometime, and obviously treat myself to some gelato. Everyone in my building, Ujezd 5, is well-known at the gelato shop. Living next to the shop has its advantages and disadvantages.
 Inside Angelato

An advantage to living close to Angelato is great gelato, all the time. However, the costs do add up and depending on what kind of person you are, its either worth it or not. It's also been very hard for me to get myself to go on a run or workout in general, and Angelato is not helping that cause. Oh well.

Another great aspect about Angelato is that they change flavors every single month, giving customers a wide variety of gelatos. During the month of September, hazelnut was always my go to. Now, in October, I've been sticking to either pistachio, pumpkin, or carmel apple.

An Angelato a day, keeps the doctor away.
