Improve your spoken and written Spanish while delving into intriguing subjects like art, economics, history, literature, media, music, political science, sociology, and more. During Semester and Academic year terms, elective course options increase in proportion to your language level. At the beginning to intermediate level, elective courses are all taught in English, while at the high-intermediate level and above, elective courses are all taught in Spanish. Summer courses are designed for students at the intermediate Spanish level and above. Regardless of language level, you'll enjoy choosing from a robust set of courses, taught in English and Spanish that build upon all that Granada has to offer, from history to art to culture. In addition, you can complete a ACTFL Official Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) at the CEA office to prove your language ability, whether it be for future employers or to become a foreign language teacher.
