About the Program
Build your international business acumen at the renowned Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM). This prestigious business school boasts the rare distinction of triple accreditation—EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA—and attracts students from around the world. In this program, designed for students who wish to study business within a global environment, you'll gain hands-on experience through group projects that boost your career opportunities and provide you with real-world context for lessons learned in class. In fall semester, take courses that provide a solid foundation in international business practices and concepts. In spring semester, take pre-determined courses based on your choice of a track, such as marketing, finance, or management. Courses are taught in English. Students who successfully complete the program will earn a Certificate (semester) or Diploma (academic year) in International Business.

Program Structure
You'll enroll in 2 business courses; each meets for 36 contact hours/3 credits. You may earn a total of 6 credits (up to 72 hours). The program also includes a French Language and Culture course for 9 contact hours that helps you integrate in daily life in France.
Business courses meet daily, Monday-Friday. Active learning components required by your courses may be scheduled for Fridays.
You'll spend the first 3 weeks of your term in Grenoble, then attend your final week of class at Grenoble Ecole de Management's Paris facility.
You'll be automatically enrolled in your courses. Discuss your home university’s credit pre-approval guidelines with your academic advisor.
Excursions
Get out and explore! Excursions are offered for most semester, year, and summer programs*. Semester students are typically offered between two to three excursions and summer study students are typically offered between one to two excursions. You'll receive a calendar of excursions during orientation; here are a few day and overnight excursions we've offered in the past.
