Students will have the opportunity to speak directly with winemakers, vineyards, wine associations, retailers and restaurateurs to fully experience the vast diversity of the wines of France. Through guided visits and tastings, students will gain an understanding of the French concept and marketability of 'Terroir' in regions, varieties and styles.
