DESCRIPTION
The course will provide students with a knowledge of the structure and function of typical eukaryotic cells, the biochemistry of cell communication, and insight into the cellular basis of the immune system. Practical classes will give students an understanding of laboratory safety, good laboratory practices, solutions and buffers, eukaryotic cells, and antibodies as biochemical reagents.
