Play is a central dimension of human learning: a shared language that enables exploration, creativity, cooperation, and critical reflection across diverse cultural contexts. In university and professional settings, playful dynamics constitute powerful tools for competency development and for generating meaningful, transferable learning experiences. This course offers both a theoretical and practical approach to the use of play in professional training, drawing on conceptual frameworks such as game-based learning, gamification, and experiential learning. Through practical activities, case analysis, and creative processes, students are invited to reflect on the role of play across different disciplinary fields and to design experiences that integrate their prior knowledge with new ways of observing, engaging, and acting in their future professional environments.
