In the course Tourism Law we introduce basic elements for understanding regulations, legal relationships and the different levels of intervention by States and public powers in the tourism activities of individuals. All of these concepts are defined and explained through an analysis and understanding of the implications of tourism professionals' tasks in their work, professional and/or business activity.
Finally, we will explain all elements necessary for identifying all those elements that identify the effects of the law in different tourism environments (state, national, regional and/or international) and their repercussions in other sectors and/or sub-sectors of the economy.
We focus especially on the approach to and resolution of the most common legal problems when practicing the tourism profession, specifically with respect to contracts between professionals and individuals.
