DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for students with 3 semesters of college-level French. The four skills of language acquisition will be emphasised with particular attention given to oral comprehension and production during the course, and written comprehension and productions based around grammatical and lexical objectives as homework. The student will use and understand a more complex syntax, both orally and in different written forms, and will acquire a more specific vocabulary. They will also be encouraged to communicate effectively in the target language through various activities which will largely take advantage of the immediate cultural environment. The student will be asked to reflect upon and discuss their new experiences encountered abroad.
