The course is structured around grammatical and lexical objectives, but mostly you will be encouraged to communicate effectively in the target language through various activities (oral presentations, songs, role playing, film extracts from films/documentaries/TV advertisement, written compositions, etc.) which will largely take advantage of the immediate cultural environment. To achieve the goals of this class, you will be expected not only to come to class fully prepared but also to reflect upon and discuss your new experiences gained abroad.
