This course connects principles of psychology and sport from the perspective of athletes, coaches, and sport managers. Both theory and research-based insights introduce students into the psychological factors that influence sport performance and well-being of athletes. Special attention is given to the psychological skills and basic principles which highlight how sport activity can support individual personal development and vice versa.
