DESCRIPTION
This course uses Spanish cinema as a vehicle to expose students to a wide variety of cultural realities and challenges present in Spain today. Through selected and relevant films, students will see and experience on the big screen many of the cultural representations that are encountered in everyday life. The analysis of these representations will strengthen the student?s intercultural competence and deepen understanding of the social and cultural realities.
