Sports Elective Social Sciences & International Politics Program Fall 2023 Semester - French Alps: Grenoble

Students have the option to enroll in a sports elective for credit. There's a wide range of sports available through Sciences Po or UGA, and some sports may require payment of an additional fee. If the course requires an additional fee, you will pay it after your place is confirmed. To obtain academic credit there's additional registration steps that need to be completed direclty through the Sciences UGA sports website and on the Sciences Po Grenoble Registration App "mescours". Both registrations open in the first weeks of the semester (September or January). When you register for a sports elective, you are committing yourself to attend the class until the end of the semester. You may only drop the class on the advice of a doctor and must provide a medical certificate.

Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA awards credits based on the ECTS system. Contact hours listed under a course description may vary due to the combination of lecture-based and independent work required for each course. CEA CAPA's recommended credits are based on the ECTS credits assigned by Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA (2 ECTS credits equals 1 U.S. credit therefore, 5 ECTS credits is equivalent to 2.5 U.S. credits).
