DESCRIPTION
The objective of this subject is twofold: on the one hand, to know the foundations of human physiology, as a substrate to understand the physiological adaptations that take place with exercise, and on the other hand, to know the fundamentals of movement kinesiology, as the basis of development of basic physical abilities and different possibilities of movement.
Course will consist of 60hrs of in class work and 90 hrs of independent work outside the classroom.
