English for Specific Purposes - Cultural Management Science & Engineering Program Fall 2021 Semester - Alicante

This subject is part of the basic objective of acquiring a B2 level in the CEFR of linguistic competence, so that the knowledge acquired in "Effective Communication in English I" and "Effective Communication in English II" and students will be enhanced to advance in developing skills to communicate effectively in English, by working on all skills, in order to master the communicative competence in English in its general aspects and to be used in professional contexts of cultural management, such as preparing cultural management projects both private and public using ICTs in a creative and enterprising way; developing and presenting content related to human and social sciences in the English-speaking countries; and learning about cultural and sociolinguistic aspects of English speaking countries.

Course will consist of 60hrs of in class work and 90 hrs of independent work outside the classroom.
